June 30 represents a key deadline in this election campaign. That's the last day of the mid-year campaign finance reporting period. All contributions received as of that date will show up in campaign fundraising totals for the first half of 2007—and that's the number which reporters will refer to for the next six months in evaluating which campaigns are competitive.

So—to help our campaign for Lieutenant Governor hold its place in the top tier of Democratic candidacies, the time to make that contribution is now!
