"You don't pay $400 for a haircut, do you?" Nope, definitely not. (Surely I don't look like I've got a high-fashion haircut.) I go to a Democratic friend who does a good job for only $19. (I know a Republican, a nice guy, who cuts hair for $12, but I get better advice from the Democrat.)
